Instructions
For preparing spicy onion chammanthi, first fry urad dal and channa dal in little oil till it becomes red in color and remove from flame.
Powder it in stone and grind it with all the other ingredients to make the chammanthi.
Spicy onion chammanthi, a good side dish with idly/dosa is ready.
