Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing kongan pathiri, soak the rice in water for 8 hrs.
  • Grind it well in a mixer grinder without adding much water.
  • Add the 2 to 4 ingredients to it and grind it well.
  • Take some of the made dough in hand and press it in a banana leaf.
  • Fry it in oil.
  • Kongan pathiri, a tasty recipe is ready.
