Mutta Nirachathu
Eggs are filled with sweet coconut mixture and fried in coconut oil

- 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 2 cups Sugar
- 6 nos Eggs boiled eggs
- 2 cups Coconut grated
- 4 cups Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Water As reqd
For preparing mutta nirachathu, cut the boiled eggs into two equal halves.
Remove the yolk of the egg.
Fry grated coconut and sugar in ghee.
Powder the yolk and add it into the above mixture.
Then fill this mixture in the part of the egg where we took out the yolk. Keep it aside.
Make a paste using maida and a little water.
Dip the filled eggs in the flour paste and fry it in coconut oil till it becomes golden brown.
Mutta nirachathu is ready. Serve immediately.
