  • For preparing mutta nirachathu, cut the boiled eggs into two equal halves.
  • Remove the yolk of the egg.
  • Fry grated coconut and sugar in ghee.
  • Powder the yolk and add it into the above mixture.
  • Then fill this mixture in the part of the egg where we took out the yolk. Keep it aside.
  • Make a paste using maida and a little water.
  • Dip the filled eggs in the flour paste and fry it in coconut oil till it becomes golden brown.
  • Mutta nirachathu is ready. Serve immediately.
  • Specialties: It¦s a kid¦s special recipe. Serve it as an evening snack.
