Goan Veg Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 50 g Carrot chopped
  • 100 g Beans chopped
  • 50 g Green peas
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Oil As reqd
  • 50 g Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing goan veg chops, boil potatoes and remove the skin. Smash it using a spoon.
  • Fry the chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion in oil.
  • Then add the chopped beans, carrot, green peas, pepper powder and salt. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add the smashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well.
  • Make small balls out of it and press it to make the shape of a cutlet.
  • Then grill in a non-stick pan.
  • Goan veg chops are ready. Once it is cooked, serve hot.
