Goan Veg Chops
Grilled veg chops with potatoes, carrot, green peas etc

- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 50 g Carrot chopped
- 100 g Beans chopped
- 50 g Green peas
- 1 piece Ginger chopped
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 nos Green chillies chopped
- Oil As reqd
- 50 g Coriander leaves chopped
- Salt As reqd
For preparing goan veg chops, boil potatoes and remove the skin. Smash it using a spoon.
Fry the chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion in oil.
Then add the chopped beans, carrot, green peas, pepper powder and salt. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the smashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well.
Make small balls out of it and press it to make the shape of a cutlet.
Then grill in a non-stick pan.
Goan veg chops are ready. Once it is cooked, serve hot.
