- Potatoes - 300 g
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Carrot(chopped) - 50 g
- Beans(chopped) - 100 g
- Green peas - 50 g
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 piece
- garlic(chopped) - 1 clove
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 50 g
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing goan veg chops, boil potatoes and remove the skin. Smash it using a spoon.
- Fry the chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion in oil.
- Then add the chopped beans, carrot, green peas, pepper powder and salt. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the smashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well.
- Make small balls out of it and press it to make the shape of a cutlet.
- Then grill in a non-stick pan.
- Goan veg chops are ready. Once it is cooked, serve hot.
