Smash it using a spoon.Fry the chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion in oil.Then add the chopped beans, carrot, green peas, pepper powder and salt. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.Add the smashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well.Make small balls out of it and press it to make the shape of a cutlet.Then grill in a non-stick pan.Goan veg chops are ready.
