Crab Potato Cutlet
Crab, grated potatoes and other ingredients are mixed to make crab cutlet

- 300 g Crab cuticle removed
- 200 g Potatoes grated
- Pepper As reqd
- 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder chopped
- 2 tsp Spring onion chopped
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- Oil As reqd
- Bread powder As reqd
- 1 or Eggs beaten
- Salt As reqd
For preparing crab potato cutlet, first add salt and red chilly powder to the grated potato. Keep it aside.
Cook crab in enough water with required salt. Remove cooked crab from fire. Heat oil in a pan and fry the crabs. Shred the cooked crab.
Add pepper, mayonnaise and spring onion to the shredded crab. Mix well.
Make small balls out of the grated potato and make a small hole in it. Fill the hole with the crab filling and roll it again into a ball.
Press it slowly and make it in the shape of a cutlet.
Dip it in egg and then in bread powder.
Fry it in oil till it turns golden brown.
Crab potato cutlet is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
