- Crab(cuticle removed) - 300 g
- Potatoes(grated) - 200 g
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Red chilly powder(chopped) - 1/2 tsp
- Spring onion(chopped) - 2 tsp
- Mayonnaise - 4 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Bread powder(As reqd) -
- Eggs(beaten) - 1 or
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add pepper, mayonnaise and spring onion to the shredded crab. Mix well.
- Press it slowly and make it in the shape of a cutlet.
- Dip it in egg and then in bread powder.
- Fry it in oil till it turns golden brown.
