Butter Milk Corn Pudding

- 2-3 cups Sugar
- 2 nos Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Butter milk
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 cup Corn flour
- Salt As reqd
- Oil As reqd
For preparing butter milk corn pudding, heat oven to 375 degrees.
Apply oil in a square baking tin of 8 inches and keep aside.
Melt butter in a pan and put off flame. Pour sugar and stir well.
Add eggs to the above mixture and mix it.
Add butter milk and baking soda to it. Mix it well.
Add corn flour and salt to it and stir. Mix it well.
Pour this mixture to the oil applied pan.
Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
Butter milk corn pudding is ready.
