Instructions
- For preparing butter milk corn pudding, heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Apply oil in a square baking tin of 8 inches and keep aside.
- Melt butter in a pan and put off flame. Pour sugar and stir well.
- Add eggs to the above mixture and mix it.
- Add butter milk and baking soda to it. Mix it well.
- Add corn flour and salt to it and stir. Mix it well.
- Pour this mixture to the oil applied pan.
- Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
- Butter milk corn pudding is ready.
