  • 2-3 cups Sugar
  • 2 nos Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Butter milk
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup Corn flour
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd


  • For preparing butter milk corn pudding, heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Apply oil in a square baking tin of 8 inches and keep aside.
  • Melt butter in a pan and put off flame. Pour sugar and stir well.
  • Add eggs to the above mixture and mix it.
  • Add butter milk and baking soda to it. Mix it well.
  • Add corn flour and salt to it and stir. Mix it well.
  • Pour this mixture to the oil applied pan.
  • Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
  • Butter milk corn pudding is ready.
