Instructions
For preparing fried ladies finger, first wash the ladies finger and cut it length wise.
Marinate ladies finger with salt, chilly powder and asafoetida powder. Keep it aside for 3 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the gram flour on top of it and shake it well.
Deep fry it in oil.
Fried ladies finger, a tasty side dish is ready.
