Easy Carrot Halwa
Grated carrot, maida, sugar, milk and other ingredients are combined together to make a yummy halwa

- 250 g Carrot
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
- 2 cups Milk
- 10 to Cashew nuts chopped
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka
For preparing easy carrot halwa, grate the carrot.
Then boil flour and milk together in a vessel.
Add carrot and sugar to it and stir well.
Add ghee to the above mixture slowly while stirring.
Fry the cashew nut and cardamom powder in some ghee and add it into the mixture.
When the above mixture is cooked well, take it from flame and place it into a flat plate which is covered with ghee.
Easy carrot halwa is ready. Serve hot or cool.
