Instructions
For preparing ariyunda, wash the boiled rice(puzhungalari) well and fry it in a china dish in low heat.
When it starts to pop, bring it from the flame and let it cool.
Grind in a mixer grinder well.
Add jaggery powder and grated coconut to the above rice powder and mix it well.
Then make small balls out of the above mixture.
Ariyunda is ready.
