Chicken And Spring Onion Pakora
Minced chicken added to chopped spring onion, coriander leaves, other ingredients and shaped into pakoras and deep fried

- 500 g Chicken mince
- 50 g Spring onion
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Mint leaves
- 2-3 nos Green chilies
- 1 tbsp Red chilly flakes
- Ginger garlic paste -1 1/2 tsp
- 1 no Egg
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1 no Boiled potato small, mashed
- Salt As reqd
- Oil For frying
For preparing chicken and spring onion pakora, first place the chicken mince in a bowl.
Chop the spring onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and add to the bowl.
Add red chilly flakes, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and mashed potato.
Add egg, required salt and mix all the ingredients together in the bowl. Shape the entire mixture into small balls.
In a kadai, heat oil and deep fry the pakoras in medium heat, to a golden brown color.
Chicken and spring onion pakora is ready. Tastes best with Thai sweet chilly sauce.
