Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken and spring onion pakora, first place the chicken mince in a bowl.
  2. Chop the spring onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and add to the bowl.
  3. Add red chilly flakes, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and mashed potato.
  4. Add egg, required salt and mix all the ingredients together in the bowl. Shape the entire mixture into small balls.
  5. In a kadai, heat oil and deep fry the pakoras in medium heat, to a golden brown color.
  6. Chicken and spring onion pakora is ready. Tastes best with Thai sweet chilly sauce.
