Mutton Tikka

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Boneless Mutton
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Corn Flour
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup Onion paste
  • 2 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Sour curd
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 10 nos Green chillies slightly split
  • 1/2 cup Curry leaves
  • 500 ml Refined oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • Except oil, green chillies, corn flour and curry leaves, add all the other ingredients to the mutton, mix well and leave for marination for about 1/2 hour.
  • To a deep bottomed pan, add oil and heat. Roll each marinated mutton piece in corn flour and drop them into the boiling oil one by one like pakodas and deep fry on medium flame till they turn deep brown.
  • Remove them onto tissue papers so that the oil will be absorbed out.
  • To the same oil in the pan, add the green chillies and curry leaves and deep fry until they become crisp.
  • Top the fried green chillies and curry leaves on the mutton fry.
  • Serve hot. Best munching item.
