Ingredients
- Boneless Mutton - 500 g
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Corn flour - 1 cup
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tbsp) -
- Onion paste - 1 cup
- Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Sour Curd - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(slightly split) - 10 nos
- Curry leaves - 1/2 cup
- Refined oil - 500 ml
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Except oil, green chillies, corn flour and curry leaves, add all the other ingredients to the mutton, mix well and leave for marination for about 1/2 hour.
- Remove them onto tissue papers so that the oil will be absorbed out.
- To the same oil in the pan, add the green chillies and curry leaves and deep fry until they become crisp.
- Top the fried green chillies and curry leaves on the mutton fry.
- Serve hot. Best munching item.
