Ingredients
- Minced meat - 500 gms
- Cashewnuts - 200 gms
- Onions - 2 cups
- Turemric Powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Green chillies - 10 nos
- Curry leaves - 1/2 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(Sliced) - 3 nos
- garlic - 10 nos
- Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
- Raw coconut pieces - 1/2 cup
- Cloves - 6
- Cardamom - 6
- Cinnamon - 2 Piece
- Refined oil - 300 ml
- Salt - As required

Instructions
- Soak the cashew nuts in water for about twenty minutes. Later grind into a smooth paste.
- Grind one cup of onion, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic,poppy seeds, raw coconut pieces, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon to a smooth paste.
- Marinate the minced meat with above paste, turmeric powder, two or three spoons of oil and mix well
- In a deep bottomed frying pan, heat oil.
- Add the remaining cup of onion pieces and fry until brown.
- Add the marinated minced meat, red chilly powder, mix well.
- Add the cashew nut paste, water and mix thoroughly, place a lid on the pan and allow to simmer on medium flame until the kheema is cooked well.
- Mixing continuously, fry the contents until the oil shows up.
- Deep fry the green chillies and curry leaves and top them on kheema fry.
- Serve hot with rice or roties.
