Instructions
Soak chick pea for 10 hours before preparation.
Boil chick pea in cooker adding enough quantity of water, turmeric powder and salt.
Grind the grated coconut with green chillies. Keep this aside.
Splutter mustard seeds in coconut oil.
Drain the water from the cooked chole.
Add cooked chick pea to the 4th step.
Add the ground mixture and the raw mango(small pieces) to 6th step.
Add asafoetida and mix it well. Cook for few minutes till the mixture mixes well.
Add curry leaves.
Serve kadalachundal(chole) - brahmin special recipe hot.
