Saucy Mushroom

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mushroom cut into half, button
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chilly sauce
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 6 nos Garlic cloves finelly chopped
  • 1/2 of Capsicum chopped
  • Curry leaves chopped
  • Refined oil As required
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing saucy mushroom, first in a bowl add all purpose flour, salt and little water and make a smooth batter.
  • Dip mushroom in it and fry it in oil and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in kadai, fry onion, garlic, capsicum and curry leaves.
  • Add Chilly powder, pepper powder and sugar. Mix well.
  • While stiring, add sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce and vinegar.
  • Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water and pour it in masala and slightly thicken.
  • Immediately add fried mushroom pieces and mix well.
  • Switch off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
  • Serve hot with coriander leaves on top with chappati/ parotta.
