Maida

Corn flour

tbsp
Sweet chilly sauce
1
tsp
Hot sauce
1
tsp
Soy sauce
1
tsp
Vinegar
1/2
tsp
Sugar
1
tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder
1/2
tsp
Pepper powder
6
nos
Garlic
cloves
finelly chopped
1/2
of
Capsicum
chopped
Curry leaves
chopped
Refined
oil
As required
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing saucy
mushroom
, first in a bowl add
all purpose flour
,
salt
and little
water
and make a smooth batter.
Dip
mushroom
in it and fry it in
oil
and keep aside.
Heat
oil
in kadai, fry
onion
,
garlic
,
capsicum
and
curry leaves
.
Add Chilly powder,
pepper powder
and
sugar
. Mix well.
While stiring, add sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce and vinegar.
Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup
water
and pour it in masala and slightly thicken.
Immediately add fried
mushroom
pieces and mix well.
Switch off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
Serve hot with coriander leaves on top with chappati/ parotta.
