500 g Mushroom (cut into half, button)1 no Onion (chopped)1/2 cup All purpose flour (Maida)1 tbsp Corn flour1 tbsp Sweet chilly sauce1 tsp Hot sauce1 tsp Soy sauce1 tsp Vinegar1/2 tsp Sugar1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder1/2 tsp Pepper powder6 nos Garlic cloves (finelly chopped)1/2 of Capsicum (chopped)Curry leaves (chopped)Refined oil (As required)Salt (As reqd) For preparing saucy mushroom, first in a bowl add all purpose flour, salt and little water and make a smooth batter.Dip mushroom in it and fry it in oil and keep aside.Heat oil in kadai, fry onion, garlic, capsicum and curry leaves.Add Chilly powder, pepper powder and sugar. Mix well.While stiring, add sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce and vinegar.Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water and pour it in masala and slightly thicken. Immediately add fried mushroom pieces and mix well.Switch off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.Serve hot with coriander leaves on top with chappati/ parotta. Thai
