For preparing honey chicken, first cut boneless chicken into long strips of 1/2 a inch.
Make small slits in chicken pieces. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder and pepper and keep for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry chopped garlic and chicken and shallow fry it till it becomes golden brown in color.
When chicken becomes tender add red wine and cook for 5 minutes.
While frying chicken(without breaking into pieces), add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and capsicum.
Fry chicken till the juice of tomatoes comes out. Gently add honey on top and just make a twist and cook for 5 minutes.
Chicken should be well coated with honey.
Serve honey chicken as a side dish with BBQ/grilled recipes.
