Sprinkle salt, garlic powder and pepper and keep for 5 minutes.Heat oil in a pan. Fry chopped garlic and chicken and shallow fry it till it becomes golden brown in color.When chicken becomes tender add red wine and cook for 5 minutes.While frying chicken(without breaking into pieces), add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and capsicum.Fry chicken till the juice of tomatoes comes out. Gently add honey on top and just make a twist and cook for 5 minutes.Chicken should be well coated with honey.Serve honey chicken as a side dish with BBQ/grilled recipes. American
