Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Chicken sausage cut into rounds
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 3 nos Green chillies split
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken sausage fry, marinate sausage rounds with turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry the sausage rounds and keep aside.
  • In the same oil, fry onion, green chillies and curry leaves. Top it on the fried sausages.
  • Chicken sausage fry is ready. Serve hot with rice.
