- Chicken Sausage(cut into rounds) - 5 nos
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Green chillies(split) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken sausage fry, marinate sausage rounds with turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the sausage rounds and keep aside.
- In the same oil, fry onion, green chillies and curry leaves. Top it on the fried sausages.
- Chicken sausage fry is ready. Serve hot with rice.
