Chickpeas Yogurt Gravy
Yogurt, chickpeas and other ingredients are mixed together

- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup Chickpeas cooked, Kadala
- 1 tbsp Fresh cream
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp Gharam masala
- 1 1/4 tsp Garlic crushed
- 2 nos Green chilly
- 4 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- sugar A pinch
- Pepper As reqd
- Salt As reqd
For preparing chickpeas yogurt gravy, blend together chickpeas, water and required salt. Keep this aside.
Take a deep frying pan and saute onions, green chilly, gharam masala and grated garlic.
Add the blended paste, yogurt, salt & water into it and boil for 3 more minutes. Keep stirring.
Add salt, sugar and pepper.
Garnish with coriander and fresh cream.
Chickpeas yogurt gravy is ready.
