Toasted Mushroom
Mushroom, spring onion and other ingredients are fried in butter

- 500 g Mushroom chopped
- 2 nos Capsicum chopped
- 4 nos Spring onion chopped
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 3 nos Garlic cloves
- Ajinomoto A pinch
- 1 cup Carrot diced
- 3 nos Red chillies
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Pepper As reqd
- Salt As reqd
In a kadai, pour vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Add red chillies and garlic. Bring to boil for 5 minutes.
Grind the chillies and garlic into fine paste.
In a wok, heat butter and saute capsicum, carrot, spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
Melt remaining butter in a pan and add finely chopped mushrooms. Fry till golden brown in color.
Add the cooked capsicum and spring onion into the mushroom and cook till dry. Add the ground paste, ajinomoto and toast well.
