Toasted Mushroom

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mushroom chopped
  • 2 nos Capsicum chopped
  • 4 nos Spring onion chopped
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 3 nos Garlic cloves
  • Ajinomoto A pinch
  • 1 cup Carrot diced
  • 3 nos Red chillies
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • In a kadai, pour vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Add red chillies and garlic. Bring to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Grind the chillies and garlic into fine paste.
  • In a wok, heat butter and saute capsicum, carrot, spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. Keep aside.
  • Melt remaining butter in a pan and add finely chopped mushrooms. Fry till golden brown in color.
  • Add the cooked capsicum and spring onion into the mushroom and cook till dry. Add the ground paste, ajinomoto and toast well.
  • Toasted mushroom, an easy to prepare and tasty recipe, is ready.
