500 g Mushroom (chopped)2 nos Capsicum (chopped)4 nos Spring onion (chopped)4 tbsp Butter3 nos Garlic clovesAjinomoto (A pinch)1 cup Carrot (diced)3 nos Red chillies1 tbsp VinegarPepper (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) In a kadai, pour vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Add red chillies and garlic. Bring to boil for 5 minutes.Grind the chillies and garlic into fine paste.In a wok, heat butter and saute capsicum, carrot, spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. Keep aside.Melt remaining butter in a pan and add finely chopped mushrooms. Fry till golden brown in color.Add the cooked capsicum and spring onion into the mushroom and cook till dry.
