Baked Vegetables With Paneer

Mixed vegetables, paneer and other ingredients are mixed and baked together

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mixed vegetables boiled, preferably carrot, potato, french beans, cauliflower, green peas
  • 3/4 cup Paneer grated
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 no Green chilly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 spring Curry leaves
  • Garam masala powder A pinch
  • Tumeric powder A pinch
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing baked vegetables with paneer, sautT the chopped onion in hot oil for a minute.
  • When the onion is transparent, add chopped capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly and tomato. Saute for a minute.
  • Now add the cooked vegetables, garam masala, chilly powder, tumeric powder, curry leaves, pepper powder and salt. Combine well.
  • Transfer the vegetable mixture into a baking dish and pour the tomato puree over it.
  • Sprinkle grated paneer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes in a 200 degrees preheated oven.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
  • Baked vegetables with paneer, a healthy, tasty and nutritious dish is ready.
