For preparing baked vegetables with paneer, sautT the chopped onion in hot oil for a minute.
When the onion is transparent, add chopped capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly and tomato. Saute for a minute.
Now add the cooked vegetables, garam masala, chilly powder, tumeric powder, curry leaves, pepper powder and salt. Combine well.
Transfer the vegetable mixture into a baking dish and pour the tomato puree over it.
Sprinkle grated paneer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes in a 200 degrees preheated oven.
Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
