Kidney Beans-Rajma With Soya Chunks
Kidney beans, soya chunks and other ingredients are cooked together

- 100 g Kidney beans/Rajma soaked and cooked
- 20 g Soya chunks soaked
- 1 no Tomato finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Spring onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Onion sliced
- 5 g Ginger chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies split
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Pepper powd
Heat oil in pan and add ginger chopped, green chillies, spring onions, onion. Saute well.
Add soya chunks and sautT for a minute in low flame and add tomato.
Now add cooked kidney beans/rajma, lemon juice, coriander powder, garam masala, chilly powder and 2 tbsp of water. Cook till the gravy thickens.
Transfer the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaves.
