Kidney Beans-Rajma With Soya Chunks

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Kidney beans/Rajma soaked and cooked
  • 20 g Soya chunks soaked
  • 1 no Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Onion sliced
  • 5 g Ginger chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies split
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Pepper powd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan and add ginger chopped, green chillies, spring onions, onion. Saute well.
  • Add soya chunks and sautT for a minute in low flame and add tomato.
  • Now add cooked kidney beans/rajma, lemon juice, coriander powder, garam masala, chilly powder and 2 tbsp of water. Cook till the gravy thickens.
  • Transfer the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaves.
