Kidney beans, soya chunks and other ingredients are cooked together

Ingredients
- Kidney beans/Rajma(soaked and cooked) - 100 g
- Soya chunks(soaked) - 20 g
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Spring onion(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Onion(sliced) - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(chopped) - 5 g
- Green chillies(split) - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper powd -

Instructions
- Heat oil in pan and add ginger chopped, green chillies, spring onions, onion. Saute well.
- Add soya chunks and sautT for a minute in low flame and add tomato.
- Now add cooked kidney beans/rajma, lemon juice, coriander powder, garam masala, chilly powder and 2 tbsp of water. Cook till the gravy thickens.
- Transfer the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaves.
