Potato-Aloo With Paneer
Fried paneer and potato are mixed and cooked with other spices

- 100 g Paneer cubed
- 1 1/2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 2 nos Onion chopped
- 2 nos Potatoes cubed
- 1 no Garlic clove crushed
- 2 nos Green chillies chopped
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 no Bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
Heat cooking oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer and potato cubes. Keep aside.
Saute the in the same oil till golden brown in color and add bay leaves and tomato puree. Grind into a paste.
Heat oil and saute garlic, green chillies, ground paste.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala and salt.
Pour 1 cup of water and cook till the gravy thickens and garnish with chopped coriander.
