Cabbage-Gobhee-Muttai Kos With Olive Oil
Cabbage, olive oil, garlic and other ingredients are tossed together to make a smooth and appetizing starter

- 1 1/2 cup Cabbage finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 no Garlic clove chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp Cashew nuts for garnishing
- 1/2 tbsp Water
- Pepper As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Cook cabbage with little salt and water. Heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
2)Add cooked cabbage and sautT for a minute.
Now add all the other ingredients except cashew nuts and cook covered till the cabbage is fried.
Transfer the cooked cabbage with olive oil into a serving dish and garnish with nuts.
