  • 1 1/2 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 no Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cashew nuts for garnishing
  • 1/2 tbsp Water
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • Cook cabbage with little salt and water. Heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed pan. 2)Add cooked cabbage and sautT for a minute.
  • Now add all the other ingredients except cashew nuts and cook covered till the cabbage is fried.
  • Transfer the cooked cabbage with olive oil into a serving dish and garnish with nuts.
