Potato-Aloo Pancakes
Grated potato, flour, milk and other ingredients are combined together and fried as pancakes

- 1 cup Potato grated
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Onion grated
- Pepper powder As reqd
- Baking powder A pinch
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Oil For applying on tawa
- Salt As reqd
- 1 no Egg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
For preparing potato/aloo pancakes, mix together all purpose flour, egg, cinnamon, pepper powder, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Stir in grated potato and grated onion. Mix well.
Pour milk into the mixture till it attains a thick consistency.
Pour a ladle full of batter in a heated frying pan and spread lightly. Pour little oil on the sides of tawa.
Cook till both sides are done.
