- Potato(grated) - 1 cup
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Onion(grated) - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Baking powder(A pinch) -
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(For applying on tawa) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Egg - 1 no
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing potato/aloo pancakes, mix together all purpose flour, egg, cinnamon, pepper powder, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Pour milk into the mixture till it attains a thick consistency.
- Pour a ladle full of batter in a heated frying pan and spread lightly. Pour little oil on the sides of tawa.
- Cook till both sides are done.
- Potato/aloo pancakes, an easy as well as nutritious snack recipe, is ready.
