Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Paneer cubed
  • 6 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp All purpose flour Maida
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kalonji karimjeerakam
  • Fenugreek seeds A pinch, Uluva
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds Perinjeerakam
  • Mustard seeds A pinch
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Kayam
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing paneer with curd, take a mixing bowl and put all the seeds: kalonji, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  • Grind together onion, chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
  • Put a hard bottomed pan on fire and heat oil.Fry paneer and keep aside. Add the above seed mixture and allow to splutter.
  • Add the ground onion and sautT well. Add paneer and salt.Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add curd and flour. Bring to boil.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander .
  • Paneer with curd, a tasty and healthy recipe with the goodness of milk, is ready.
