Grind together onion, chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.Put a hard bottomed pan on fire and heat oil.Fry paneer and keep aside. Add the above seed mixture and allow to splutter.Add the ground onion and sautT well. Add paneer and salt.Saute for 2 minutes.Add curd and flour.
