Pancake

Maida flour mixed with egg, milk, other ingredients and made into a batter and finally fried as pancakes. Easy to prepare & excellent tea time snack for kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1 tbsp/as Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 no Egg
  • 3 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, sift together maida flour, baking powder, salt and powdered sugar.
  • Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg and melted butter. Mix until smooth into a fine batter.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan.
  • Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. 5)Fry both sides to a golden brown color and serve hot.
  • Note: 1)Can be served with maple syrup or honey.
