Pancake
Maida flour mixed with egg, milk, other ingredients and made into a batter and finally fried as pancakes. Easy to prepare & excellent tea time snack for kids.

1 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida 3 tsp Baking powder Salt a pinch 1 tbsp/as Sugar 1 1/4 cup Milk 1 no Egg 3 tbsp Butter melted
In a large bowl, sift together maida flour, baking powder, salt and powdered sugar.
Make a well in the center and
pour in milk, egg and melted butter. Mix until smooth into a fine batter.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
5)Fry both sides to a golden brown color and serve hot.
Note:
1)Can be served with maple syrup or honey.
