1 1/2 cup All purpose flour (Maida)3 tsp Baking powderSalt (a pinch)1 tbsp/as Sugar1 1/4 cup Milk1 no Egg3 tbsp Butter (melted) In a large bowl, sift together maida flour, baking powder, salt and powdered sugar.Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg and melted butter. Mix until smooth into a fine batter.Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan.
