Sugar Free Banana And Mango Cake
Mashed banana blended wwith butter, egg, maida flour and other ingredients for preparing cake

- 1 no Banana sliced
- 2 nos Mango chopped
- 1 cup Butter milk
- 2 nos Eggs
- 1 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1/4 cup Diet butter
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder Karugapatta
- Cardamom powder A pinch
- Walnuts Few, chopped
- Raisins Few, Unakka munthiri
- 1/2 cup Cashew nuts chopped
- Salt A pinch
First mash the banana, mango and butter well.
Stir in egg and butter milk into the mixture and beat well.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Beat well until smooth and frothy.
Spread the mixture in a greased baking tray and sprinkle chopped walnuts and raisins on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut into desired shapes when it cools.
Sugar free banana cake, a yummy blend for the diabetic, is ready.
