Sugar Free Banana And Mango Cake
Mashed banana blended wwith butter, egg, maida flour and other ingredients for preparing cake

- 1 no Banana sliced
- 2 nos Mango chopped
- 1 cup Butter milk
- 2 nos Eggs
- 1 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 1/4 cup Diet butter
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder Karugapatta
- Cardamom powder A pinch
- Walnuts Few, chopped
- Raisins Few, Unakka munthiri
- 1/2 cup Cashew nuts chopped
- Salt A pinch
- First mash the banana, mango and butter well. 
- Stir in egg and butter milk into the mixture and beat well. 
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Beat well until smooth and frothy. 
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking tray and sprinkle chopped walnuts and raisins on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 
- Cut into desired shapes when it cools. 
- Sugar free banana cake, a yummy blend for the diabetic, is ready.
