- Banana(sliced) - 1 no
- Mango(chopped) - 2 nos
- Butter Milk - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2 nos
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
- Diet butter - 1/4 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon powder(Karugapatta) - 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder(A pinch) -
- Walnuts(Few, chopped) -
- Raisins(Few, Unakka munthiri) -
- Cashew nuts(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Salt(A pinch) -

Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Beat well until smooth and frothy.
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking tray and sprinkle chopped walnuts and raisins on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cut into desired shapes when it cools.
