Potato Egg Pudding - For Kids

Grated potato mixed with blended egg mixture and baked in an oven. Kids favorite recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Cheese grated
  • ½ tbsp Butter
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing potato egg pudding, beat together milk, egg, cheese, pepper powder and salt.
  • Mix together the mashed potatoes and the above mixture.
  • Grease the baking dish with 1/2 tbsp butter and pour the potato mixture. Finally put the remaining butter on the top.
  • Cook in 350 degrees till done.
  • Serve Potato egg pudding when it is hot.
