Potato Egg Pudding - For Kids
Ingredients
- 2 nos Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 no Egg
- 2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Cheese grated
- ½ tbsp Butter
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Mix together the mashed potatoes and the above mixture.
- Grease the baking dish with 1/2 tbsp butter and pour the potato mixture. Finally put the remaining butter on the top.
- Cook in 350 degrees till done.
