Spicy Nutri Nuggets
Nutri nuggets cooked with milk cream, tomato, onion and other ingredients

- 2 cups Nutri nuggets soaked and drained, substitue for chicken
- 2 tbsp Maida
- 1 cup Milk cream
- 200 g Tomato paste
- 2 no Onion chopped
- 3 nos Green chillies chopped
- Pepper powder A pinch
- 3 tbsp Raisins Unakka munthiri
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp Kasoori methi powder
- 1/4 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Sugar A pinch
- 4 nos Fried almonds chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
- Water As required
For preparing spicy nutri nuggets, first heat oil in a pan and sautT onion. Add 1/4 cup of milk cream and stir well.
Stir in maida, tomato paste and half cup water. Bring to boil and add nutri nuggets, raisins, garam masala, kasoori methi and required salt.
When the gravy reaches a required consistency, add almonds, green chilly and sugar.
Turn off the fire and garnish with remaining milk cream and chopped coriander.
Spicy nutri nuggets, a yummy snack for kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve hot with bread, chappathi etc.
