  • Maida - 2 tbsp
  • Milk cream - 1 cup
  • Tomato paste - 200 g
  • Onion(chopped) - 2 no
  • Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) -
  • Raisins(Unakka munthiri) - 3 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Kasoori methi powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1/4 tbsp
  • Sugar(A pinch) -
  • Fried almonds(chopped) - 4 nos
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy nutri nuggets, first heat oil in a pan and sautT onion. Add 1/4 cup of milk cream and stir well.
  2. Stir in maida, tomato paste and half cup water. Bring to boil and add nutri nuggets, raisins, garam masala, kasoori methi and required salt.
  3. When the gravy reaches a required consistency, add almonds, green chilly and sugar.
  4. Turn off the fire and garnish with remaining milk cream and chopped coriander.
  5. Spicy nutri nuggets, a yummy snack for kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve hot with bread, chappathi etc.
