For preparing egg noodles for kids, first boil the noodles for 5 minutes and drain.
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry sausages, spring onions, cabbage, broccoli, carrot, ginger and garlic. Mix the cooked veggies with noodles and mix lightly.
Scramble the eggs in a non stick pan adding little oil and mix with the noodles veggie mix. Mix well.
Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and serve.
Egg noodles for kids, a yummy as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready.
Note:
1)Add salt only if necessary because soya sauce has enough salt in it.
