  • 100 g Egg noodles
  • 1 cup Chicken sausage chopped
  • 2 nos Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 50 g Broccoli broken into tiny florets
  • 1/4 tbsp Carrot grated
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 no Garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing egg noodles for kids, first boil the noodles for 5 minutes and drain.
  • Heat oil in a pan and stir fry sausages, spring onions, cabbage, broccoli, carrot, ginger and garlic. Mix the cooked veggies with noodles and mix lightly.
  • Scramble the eggs in a non stick pan adding little oil and mix with the noodles veggie mix. Mix well.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and serve.
  • Egg noodles for kids, a yummy as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready.
  • Note: 1)Add salt only if necessary because soya sauce has enough salt in it.
