Soy Bean Choco Milk
Soaked soy bean ground to a paste with sufficient water and soy milk squeezed out using a muslin cloth

- 300 g Soy beans
- Sugar As reqd
- 600 ml Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla flavoring
- 1 1/2 tsp Choco powder
For preparing soy bean choco milk, soak soy beans over night and drain.
Grind the soaked soy bean with water in the ratio of 1 part bean to 2 part water. Squeeze out the milk using a muslin cloth.
Place the soy milk on the stove and bring it to a boil.
Add required sugar,choco powder and vanilla flavor.
Soy bean choco milk,is ready. It is good for growing children. Serve hot or cold.
